ArchSing™ is a powerful software platform that enables you to host interactive webinars for FREE. Within minutes, you can easily create an ArchSing™ website (similar to Yahoo!Answers) that makes information sharing with a geographically-dispersed audience easy.

2. Can anyone create a site with ArchSing?

3. What kind of questions can users ask on a site created with ArchSing?

Users can ask any kind of question as long as they mind our Terms of Use and follow these guidelines:
- Don’t violate the question and answer format;
- Don’t post pornographic, vulgar, or obscene content or use sexually explicit language; Don’t solicit others for any purpose, including advertising or commercial purposes;
- Don’t incite or advocate violence or harm against anyone;
- Don’t post racist, incendiary, or otherwise objectionable and offensive content;
- Don’t post content that violates federal, state, or local law;
- Don’t post links to sites that force the download of a virus or malicious program, or in any way interfere with the operation of wis.dm;
- Don’t create multiple accounts for the purpose of violating these guidelines or our Terms of Use Agreement;
- Don’t use product features outside of their intended purpose in order to manipulate the points system for yourself or others;
- Don’t trade passwords, product decryption keys, or programs;
- Don’t impersonate a third party, or anyone other than yourself;
- Don’t falsely claim credentials or expertise that you do not possess;
- Don’t invade the privacy of a third party by posting their personally identifiable information;
- Don’t ask the same question more than once.
We reserve the right to edit, change, and/or delete any inappropriate questions so please follow the guidelines.

Yes. We offer a free version and we also offer premium versions for clients that need additional functionality and flexibility.

6. How do I report an error?

Please contact us with a description of the error you received and what you were doing when you received the error.

7. How do I report offensive questions or profile information?
|

If you find an offensive question, click on the "Report" icon next to a question to report it to us. If you find offensive information in a profile, click on the link called "Flag as Inappropriate". Or, you can always contact us.

8. What browsers are compatible with the online chat engine?

The online chat engine has been tested with Firefox v2.0, Google Chrome & Internet Explorer v7.0 and above.
